No CDS and AFCAT exams are freed from Reservation System.
Also They Maintain a higher level of merit if u got qualified , Recommend by SSB Boards , clear your Medical examination then they will make an over All Merit list by which they select the candidate as per their standard.

These are the 2017 Cut – offs:
For OTA (WOMEN) the expected cut off is 92
For OTA (MEN) the expected cut off is 92
For Navy the expected cut off is 115
For Air Force the expected cut off is 100
For Army the expected cut off is 115

Although seats have been booked:
For Army it is 100 seats out of 414.
For Navy it is 45 seats out of 414.
For Air Force it is 32 seats out of 414.
For OTA (WOMEN) it is 12 out of 414.
For OTA (MEN) it is 225 out of 414.
