Should i learn Java or Kotlin ?

Java has a lot of demand and pays high but Kotlin also has an increased demand this year with the decent amount of jobs available. Which one should I learn for a better-paid job

Since by the Google for android Kotlin is announced as official language.The answer to this questions depends upon your profile. For beginner java is better.
