Reliance jio eligiblity criteria for experience professional

One of my friend have less than 60% in BE but he score 75% in M.Tech can he eligible for apply in any position in Jio? He had more than 11years of experience.

    Candidate ki bachelor's degree complete honi chahiye from recognize university se.
    Candidate ka 1 year s jada ka gap ni hona chahiye.
    Good Communication Skills.
    Apni feild ki good knowledge honi chahiye.

    The candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from recognized university/institution with 60% marks in aggregate. The candidate must not have education gap of more than 1 year. The candidate must have the knowledge about his/her concerned field.
