SAP LABS conducts both on-campus and off-campus recruitment drives. It manages placement drives in various colleges for on-campus hiring, to look fresh graduates with good technical knowledge and interpersonal skills. However, it accepts online applications, or referral or recommendations for off-campus recruitment process. The steps of selection procedure remains more or less similar in both the procedures, which are as follows:
Online Aptitude Test- In this section, there are 25 questions of language and logical reasoning to test one's aptitude, which is a basic screening round.
Coding Test- In this section, 2-3 coding questions are asked to test one's coding knowledge.
