  • The candidates applying for the Grade-III posts of steno and office assistant in Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation Limited must be Indian citizen of age between 21 years to 40 years and should be atleast a graduate in any stream from a recognized University/College. Eligibility Parameters for Typing and Stenography:

    1. Office Assistant :- Minimum speed of 30 words per minute in Hindi typing on computer to qualify in Computer Based Test for UPPCL.
    2. Stenographer :- Minimum speed of 30 words per minute in Hindi typing on computer and 60 words per minute in Hindi stenography.

    Exam Pattern of UPPCL Non-Technical Exam:
    This Online Objective Examination of UPPCL consists of 200 Questions carrying 200 marks and time duration of 3 hours. The section wise marking scheme is explained as below:-
    General English and Hindi & Athematic & Accountancy, Auditing and Income Tax: It comprises of 150 questions for 150 marks.
    Computer knowledge: It comprises of 50 questions for 50 marks.
