The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) Ltd, a Joint Venture company with equity participation from Govt. of India and Govt. of National Capital Territory of Delhi has been entrusted with the responsibility of implementation of the rail-based Mass Rapid Transit System for Delhi. Each year DMRC organizes a series of selection tests to recruit candidates for the various departments of Delhi Metro Rail Corporation, these tests/exams also vary in terms of the pattern and the syllabus, depending upon the position or vacancy option. Although, the general exam pattern is known to have consisted of two exams: Paper 1 (GK, Maths, Logical Reasoning) & Paper 2 (English). The questions are in the form of Multiple Choice Options and there is a criterion of negative marking as well. To Prepare well, candidates are advised to attempt DMRC Exam previous year question papers.
DMRC: Exam pattern
The recruitment exam conducted by Delhi Metro Rail Corporation will be conducted in two stages: Paper 1 and Paper 2. The exam will be a computer-based test will have multiple-choice questions.
DMRC test will be divided into two papers: Paper 1 and Paper 2
Number of Questions: 120 MCQs
Exam Duration: 1.5 hours
Medium: English and Hindi
Marking scheme: 0.33 marks will be deducted for each wrong answer and 1 mark will be allotted for each right. If a question is left blank, i.e. no answer is marked by the candidate; there will be no penalty for that question, in Paper 1.
Sections: General Awareness, General Intelligence & Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, and Knowledge of your discipline.

Exam Duration: 45 minutes
The exam will have General English questions.
The candidate is required to clear both Paper 1 and Paper 2 individually for the further recruitment process.
