It totally depends on your performance as well as on your ability.. If you have enough guts to prepare for both the exam side by side then Yes you can do anything ... I dont think so there is enough difference between old and new syllabus of CS executive. So you can possibly do both the preparation at the same time ... Just keep confidence on yourself that you can do it
