  • Eligibility-
    Candidates must have cleared CS Foundation.
    Students who have cleared 12th Grade.
    Exam Pattern The examination application fees is General- INR 1200/-; SC/ST- INR 600/- CS
    Executive examination is held twice a year, in July and December.
    Admit cards are released 15 days before the exam.
    CS Executive has 400 objective type questions. The exam duration is 3 hours in total of both modules.
    There are eight papers for 100 marks each.
    Syllabus-
    There are 400 questions for 400 marks in total. Module – 1 Jurisprudence, Interpretation & General Laws Company Law Setting up of Business Entities and Closure Tax Laws Module – 2 Corporate & Management Accounting Securities Laws & Capital Markets Economic, Business and Commercial Laws Financial and Strategic Management
