  • Syndicate Bank is one of the oldest and major commercial
    banks of India. Syndicate Bank invites application
    Probationary Officer every year. The placement will take
    place in 2 phases.
    The first phase is the exam second phase is the interview.

    Eligibility:
     The minimum age of the candidate should be 20 years.
     The maximum age of the candidate should be 28 years.
     Age Relaxation
     SC/ ST 5 Years
     OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) 3 Years
     PWD 10 Years
    ACADEMIC BACKGROUND:
     Minimum marks that the applicant should have scored
    in the degree is 60% (55% FOR SC/ST/PWD).
     Graduation may be in any discipline from recognized
    university or equivalent qualification as recognized by
    the central government.
    APPLICATION FEE:
     SC/ST/PWD - 100

     GEN – 600

    Exam pattern:
    The first phase is the exam second phase is the interview.
     Objective Type – Each section comprises of 50 questions
    carrying 50 marks but with total time limit of 2 hours.
     The total marks of the paper will be 250. 200 for
    objective type and 50 for descriptive type.
     Syllabus:
    1) General Awareness
    2) English language
    3) Quantitative ability
    4) Reasoning Ability
     There will be 200 objective type question and 2
    descriptive type questions.
     There will be 0.25 marks deduction for every wrong
    answer.
    Tips and tricks:
    1) As there is negative marking try to attempt only those
    question you are sure of.
    2) Read newspaper so that you score good in your exam.
    3) You need to prepare yourself according to exam pattern.
    4) Also, don’t forget to do prep test so that you know your
    strengths and weakness.
