  • u can fill form through out the year if u fill form before 31 March then u will have to appear in exam in December if u fill form before 31 September then you are eligible to give exam in June and u can fill form in icsi.edu go on this website and then go to online service and then there is option of registration click on registration and fill all detail and paid the amount this is the process of filling form of cs
