I couldn't apply for ibps clerk due to issuer in selecting ex service man option.had any one faced same issue?

both the radio buttons for ex service man were disabled and I'm getting error while proceeding to next step

Are you come under Ex service man ??? .. Bcause if u r not  then Both the Radio button of ex-servicemen should be disabled . If u r one of them then then you have to check have you mentioned "Yes" on the question where they have asked  "Are you Ex-sevice man person " ..
