Aspiring Minds Computer Adaptive Test (AMCAT) is an adaptive test to assess a few imperative skills required for the application in IT and Non-IT companies. It tests a person's reasoning, technical and aptitude skills. It is a platform to assess these skills by giving a score to describe its ability and suitability for the job position. It is an exam of 6 sections: Quantitative, Logical, Verbal, Computer, Domain and Personality. There is no negative marking and the exam is in the multiple choice questions format. The companies that recruit on the basis of AMCAT scores are Amazon, Accenture, Cognizant, Deloitte, MU Sigma, Sapient, etc. Candidates are advised to prepare well from the previous year question papers.
