SAP LABS Hiring Procedure: Details and Insights

SAP SE, a software enterprise was founded in Germany in the year 1972. The industry serving worldwide has its headquarters in Walldorf, Germany. It extends business operations and customer relation services. SAP Labs are labs for R&D, to improve SAP services and products. SAP LABS are located in over 15 countries, however the prominent ones are in German, India, China, and the US. In 2003, another lab was opened in Bangalore, India. In 2016, the latest labs have been established in  Czech Republic, Slovakia and Poland. Exam Pattern

SAP LABS conducts both on-campus and off-campus recruitment drives. It manages placement drives in various colleges for on-campus hiring, to look fresh graduates with good technical knowledge and interpersonal skills. However, it accepts online applications, or referral or recommendations for off-campus recruitment process. The steps of selection procedure remains more or less similar in both the procedures, which are as follows:

  1. Online Aptitude Test- In this section, there are 25 questions of language and logical reasoning to test one's aptitude, which is a basic screening round.
  2. Coding Test- In this section, 2-3 coding questions are asked to test one's coding knowledge.
  3. 2 Technical Interviews

  5. HR Interview
