Wipro Elite NLTH: Exam Pattern, Insights and Details



Wipro is conducting Elite National Level Talent Hunt (NLTH) for the hiring of fresh talents and is specially for freshers from Engineering background or Engineers across the country. The aim of this initiative is give equal employability chance to all the talent of the Engineering stream in India. The eligibility criteria will be as follow: the candidate must have achieved 60% or equivalent cgpa throughout 10th, 12th and graduation. The selection process will be as follow: Online Assessment Test, Technical Interview and HR Interview. Online Assessment Test will consists of three sections- Aptitude test, Written Communication Test and Online Programming Test of 140 minutes.

Other Criteria:

  • The candidate is allowed maximum of 3 years of education gap, if any, between 10th and graduation.
  • The candidate should have Full-time Degree course recognized by the Central/State Government of India.
  • The candidate must have cleared all backlogs at the time of selection process.
  • The candidate should have completed all exams/ viva-voice/ training and should not have any pending attendance requirement with the college.
  • The candidates who have participated in any interview process held by Wipro in the last six months are not eligible.

  • The written test is in online mode.

  • There is sectional timing.
  • The exam will be of 140 minutes.
  • There is no sectional cut off.

3. Essay Writing
In this section, candidates are asked to write an essay within a duration of 20 minutes. This is the last round of selection in the round of Aptitude.

Preparation tips for Wipro Elite NLTH:  For Written Test/Interview

·         You need to finish three sections of Wipro Elite within 140 minutes, which means you need speed with accuracy in order to attempt 55 questions in total. The more you practice, the better chances you have of acing this exam.

·         Make technical section your strong suit, practise questions to solve them within time to increase efficiency.

·         Remember negative marking is not a factor here. Therefore, try  to attempt all the questions.
