Established under National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), Telecom Sector Skill Council (TSSC) run by Cellular Operators Association of India (COAI), Indian Cellular Association (ICA), Telecom Centres of Excellence (TCOE) and Association of Unified ​Telecom Service Providers of India (AUSPI). The main objective of TSSC is to provide jobs to the skilled people in Telecom Sector. To Prepare well, candidates are advised to attempt TSSC question papers.

The total number of training centers is 150 that is affiliated with the training program all over India. They provide regular certified courses.
