  • SSC JHT
    SSC Junior Hindi Translator or SSC JHT is a recruitment drive conducted by Staff Selection Commission
    i.e. SSC. Candidates who have motivation to nurture their career as JHT can fill the online application
    forms which will be available on the official website of SSC. Candidates will be required to pay RS. 100/-
    in order to successfully enroll for the recruitment drive. There will be no application fee for the
    SC/ST/female and PWD candidates. Candidates will be selected on the basis of two papers i.e. paper 1
    and paper 2.
    Hye I am akriti singh and this is youth4work. Today we will be discussing all the necessary details you
    should know before applying for the exam like eligibility criteria, exam pattern and tips to crack exam.
    Eligibility Criteria
     The candidate must be a postgraduate with English and Hindi as compulsory subjects from
    recognized university/institution.
     Maximum age of the aspirant is 30 years.

    Exam Pattern
     Candidates will be required to appear in two papers i.e. paper 1 and paper 2.
     Paper 1 will be of 200 marks.
     Paper 2 will be of 200 marks.
     Exam will be conducted in online mode only.
     Time duration to complete the examination will be 120 minutes.
     1 marks will be awarded for every right answer and 0.25 mark will get deducted for every
    incorrect answer.
     There will be two sections in the examination. O General Hindi for 100 marks. And O general
    English for 100 marks.
     The final allotment will depend on the combined marks of Paper 1 and Paper 2. To know entire

    Tips and tricks
     There is negative marking in the exam so try to attempt only those questions which you are sure
    of.
     There are 200 questions and 2 hour are allotted for it, so you have to be speedy with accuracy.
     Whatever new concepts you learn; make it a habit of practicing them regularly so you do not
    forget key topics. Because you will not have enough time to prepare all the syllabus topics proficiently, so you must master those you are comfortable with.
