  IBPS RRB Office Assistant Recruitment, Selection process and number of vacancies
  
  The selection process consists of three stages:
  
  ·         Phase 1, Prelims: Online exam which serves as a qualifying round for the next stage.
  
  ·         Phase 2, Mains: More detailed Online exam than the previous one.
  
  ·         Interview: Those who qualify main exam will be called for the final round, that is, the personal interview. The
  candidate will have to interact with the interviewer/s along with document verification. Candidates should also expect a medical fitness test of qualifying nature as well.
  
  Th official IBPS RRB 2018 Notification declared (in June 2018) a total of 10190 vacancies which are supposed to be filled by recruiting 5249 Officer Assistants and by 4941 Officer Scale-I, II & III posts.
