Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited a government-owned company that manufactures power equipment since 1964. It has since contributed 55% total installed power to India along with Indian railways, Defence Equipments to Indian Armed forces. The total Assets of BHEL is 61 Thousand crores and with net income of 495 Crore. BHEL deals in Gas and Steam Turbines, Boilers, Electric Motors, Generators, Heat Exchangers, Pumps, Sensors, Automation, and much more. The minimum qualification is, however, a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce with 70% marks with a handsome salary of 12,300 to 26,000 per month with Allowances. After the completion of training, the trainees will be made permanent by a service agreement of 2 lakhs for 3 years. Candidates born before 1/09/1990 are eligible to apply for Trainee at BHEL, the upper age limit for Graduate is 27 years however for a post-graduate it is 29 years.   1. Secures financial operations by monitoring and approving financial processing, reporting, and auditing; supervising staff.

  2. Accomplishes accounting human resource objectives by selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising job contributions; recommending compensation actions; adhering to policies and procedures.

  3. Approves ledger entries by auditing transactions.

  4. Maintains cash flow by monitoring bank balances and cash requirements; investing excess funds.

BHEL Supervisor Trainee: Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility criterion for BHEL Supervisor Trainee (Finance) is as follows:

  • Nationality: Indian citizenship is required

  • Age Limit: The age should be between 21-27 years.

  • Educational Qualifications: 

  • You should have a Graduation Degree of B.E/B.Tech in either electrical or mechanical or civil or electronics engineering from a recognized university.

  • The candidate must have a minimum aggregate of 65% in engineering.

  • For SC/ST candidates the minimum score needed is 60%.

The recruitment exam for the Supervisor trainee conducted by BHEL will be for 2 hours. The detailed exam pattern is as follows:
