Question regarding the marks of class 12.

12th 75% marks is necessary for gate exam ......whithout 75% marks we can't able to give exam.....

  • The answer by miss shruti is wrong. This is going to be my second attempt and I scored only 58% in my 12th boards. Get your facts right Shruti! And yes there is no any bound on how many percentage you secured in your previous school or college, if you're pass then you can apply for GATE. Thanks

  • You can give GATE exam with any percentage just like UPSE exams. And any number of times. It will lead you to PSU's, IIT's, NIT's & Research etc.. as per the company's requirements they might can ask for exams results as to select one in many candidates they could make it an eligibility. Otherwise there is no such conditions. You can go for higher studies & also get stependid to support your study. If you're willing to go for it, it's a great choice. All the best!!
