  • The Indian air force X and Y group exam have three stages:
    1. phase I: online test
    2. phase II:  physical fitness ability test
    3. phase III: medical examination.

    if you qualify the first round, you will receive a new admit card on your registered e-mail for the phase-II test.

    phase II: - physical fitness ability, will consist of:
    1.6 km run to be completed in 6.5 minutes.
    10 push-ups
    10 sit- u[ps
    20 squats

    phase III- medical examination, as per IAF standards.

    ·         The exam is of 70 marks in total
    TOTAL TIME is 60 minutes in which the students have to attempt 70 questions.
    CORRECT ANSWER gives you +1
    0.25 is deducted for the incorrect answer.

    The paper is divided into 3 sub parts:
    1)English consisting of 20questions
    2)Physics consisting of 25questions
    3)Maths consisting of 25questions
