  • CDS test Pattern Details: Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) goes to conducts Combined Defence Services (CDS) Examination for enlisting of varied vacancies below Indian academy, Indian academy, Air Force Academy and Officers coaching Academy. The test pattern of UPSC CDS details given below…


    1. Written Exam:
    i. Written test consists of Objective kind queries and time period 2hrs and most marks is a hundred for every subject.
    ii. For the candidates WHO area unit showing for Indian academy, academy, Air force Academy written take a look at comprising of English, cognition and Elementary arithmetic subjects and for candidates WHO area unit showing for officers coaching academy the written take a look at comprising of English and cognition.
    iii. Candidates WHO area unit declared undefeated within the written test are going to be elaborated for intelligence and test at the Service choice Board supported their preference, by the several service military installations.


    (A) For Admission to Indian academy, Indian academy and Air Force Academy:
    There area unit three subjects –
    1) English – a hundred Marks
    2) General information – a hundred Marks
    3) Elementary arithmetic – a hundred Marks
    Note: Time period is a pair of hour


    (B) For Admission to Officers’ coaching Academy:
    There area unit a pair of subjects – 
    1) English – a hundred Marks
    2) General information – a hundred Marks

    Note: Time period is a pair of hour
    The maximum marks assigned to the written examination and to the interviews are going to be equal for every course. i.e. the utmost marks assigned to the written examination and to the interviews are going to be three hundred, 300, three hundred and two hundred every for admission to the Indian academy, Indian academy, Air Force Academy and Officers coaching Academy severally.
