Syllabus for this exam and exam pattern

i would like to prepare for this exam how should i study which study material i can refer

  • Hlo Manasi,the exam pattern is as follows:The test will be online followed by an interview. The online test will have 4 sections total of 200 questions and 200 marks. With total time of 2 hrs. 
    1.       logical reasoning, data interpretation and interpretation.  60 ques   60 marks.
    2.       English language                                                                               40 ques 40 marks
    3.       Quantitative ability                                                                          40 ques 40 marks
    4.       General awareness                                                                          60 ques 60 marks
    For each wrong answer there will 0.25 negative marking
